All goods are sold in good faith, by iN Tiles Bathrooms Ltd. and all goods and products carry our guarantee and manufacturers Warranty.
We endeavour to only provide quality products from trusted suppliers.
iN Tiles Bathrooms Ltd are not responsible for any issues arising following fitment, suitability, safety, or anything else in any projects, including ones not fitted by ourselves.
Customers are advised to avail of advice regarding sizing of products, and suitability, as opened items can not be returned.
Return Policy
ALL tile returns must be within 21 days and are subject to 25% Re-stocking charge. Receipt must be presented. card payments are returned only to same card presented during sale transaction. NO CASH ALTERNATIVE IS ALLOWED.
NO RETURNS POLICY APPLIES to:
1. Sale items or special orders.
2. Tiles or suite ware if opened.
3. Any product without full packaging
4. Any item that has been fitted.
Goods remain the property of iN Tiles Bathrooms Ltd, until payment is Received and cleared in full.
ALL claims & warranties are void if payment is not paid in full.
No home delivery or collection until payment is made in full and cleared.
Customers are given an estimated timeline for a project, this is not a fixed term contract. If changes , problems or supply issues arise mid stream of a project, the timeline to complete will be severely disrupted as other projects are set for commencement , and we cannot control these circumstances.
No discount will be offered in lieu of delayed completion.
Approval of estimate or invoice , is deemed acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined.
